In most cases, when you call Vantex, we pick up the phone. If all of our agents are busy with other clients, leave a voice message with your contact info. Vantex typically respond to all messages within 15 minutes during our regular operating hours. If you call after 6:00 pm, we will call you back no later than the next morning.  If our agents are available, they will call you the same evening. Have questions before you reach out? Easy to work with. No problems with contacting Vantex for questions, refinancing and loan extensions. However, the loan servicer FCI was very problematic and picky, so I had to document check payments via US post office postmark so they would credit properly. This loan was in probate. So the process could have been different than what other experienced.
